- Facilitate financing your auto loan.
4.3 The Company collects personal information through two methods:1) Voluntarily-provided; 2) From other sources.
4.4 The personal data record created through your registration with our Website can only be accessed with the unique password associated with that record. To protect the integrity of the information contained in this record, you should not disclose or otherwise reveal your password to third parties.

Your information will also be checked with fraud prevention agencies and if false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified, details will be passed to fraud prevention agencies to prevent fraud and money laundering. For the purposes of this application, you may be treated as financially linked, and your application will be assessed with reference to any “associated” records. If you are a joint (co) applicant or if you have told us some other financial association with another person, you must be sure that you are entitled and received authorization to: (a) Disclose information about your joint (co) applicant and anyone referred to by you, and provide authorization to the Company to search, link or record information at credit reference agencies about you and anyone referred to by you.
9.2 You authorize us to make all inquiries necessary to verify the information you provide the Company to enable us to consider your loan application. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Use when making your loan application, you are giving your consent for your information to be used by the Company for administrative, underwriting, marketing and revenue purposes.
